Along with swimming and walking the beautiful beaches and coves we have been visiting the archaeological sites here. Its super hot here, upwards of 27° most days and lately been about 32° so tramping about the dusty ruins is a bit of a sweaty experience.....but worth it. Incredible ruins, great history and all very assessable. We have caught local buses to mountainside villages,often its been hotter in the bus than outside and you can lose weight by just sitting on the bus and sweating -glamour goes out the window and all you want is water and to jump in the sea. All good though, not complaining!
