Today Melissa took us up to Sonoma to see Jack fly his plane. We watched this great old plane take off and land and Kevin went up for a short flight. We have the landing on film, strong cross winds and a close shave of the trees on the landing. We then then went to Sonoma and then onto a new Mexican eatery that had been written up that morning in the San Francisco Chronicle .... Melissa had her finger on the pulse and took us to the new hot spot, it was great! Mexican in New Zealand just dosent cut it compared to his. Then off to a very special invitation from Kevin to the San Francisco Yacht Club in Tiburon for Graham to crew on a very special boat, Yucca, a 75 year old 8 metre class race boat. It was Yucca's 75th anniversay and it had a anniversay spinnaker made for the occasion. A gorgeous evening. The guys went sailing and the gals enjoyed a vino in the yacht club. Some photos that captured the occasion
Kevin and Graham out on San Francisco harbour. Spot the chap under their armpits!
Over and out for now, more to follow.
The chap under their armpit seems to see something exciting. Funny snapshot.
